What we collect

• Your account: name, email, the businesses you manage and your team members.
• Your house rules and cars: what you enter in the app, including lockbox codes if you add them.
• Guest messages and trip details that Turo shows to our co-host account, to answer guests on your behalf.
• Alert phone numbers and the consent given for each.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we keep only the card brand and last four digits.

How we use it

Only to run the service: drafting and sending replies, alerting you, billing, and improving answers for your account. Guest messages are processed by an AI model provider under terms that do not allow training on your data. Lockbox codes are never sent to the AI model.

Text messages

Phone numbers and opt-in records are used only to send the alerts you chose. We do not sell or share them, or use them for marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that run the service (hosting, database, AI model, text messages, payments) and when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and its data at support@roadreply.io.
